wimbledon in 2010. roger federer plays andy murray in the men's final tomorrow. >>> our top story on cnn a medical emergency that is so much worse because the deadly disease has no name, no treatment, and no doctor has ever seen it before. it's some kind of neurological disease that has so far killed more than 60 children. so far it's only happened in one country, tiny cambodia. diseases don't recognize borders and doctors are feverishly trying to identify this and keep it contained. cnn's sara sidner is in cambodia with the latest. >> reporter: we visited the main hospital where many parents are bringing their children and where many of these children have died due to this mystery syndrome. the world health organization says 56 of the 57 children who have gotten this particular illness have died. we're talking about a very high mortality rate. when we went down to the hospital there are lines of people standing outside but many of them were there for other reasons such as the denge fever or children for example had some respiratory problems. they were not for the most part aware of this

. now i want to bring in cnn's becky anderson also there in london. so, becky, how is romney's visit going over with ordinary brits? have they even noticed he's there? >> i've just conducted my -- it's going to be said fairly unscientific straw poll on the streets of london here right outside the houses of parliament asking people whether they knew mitt romney was or whether they cared about what he says. and it's got to be said nobody knew who he was. that doesn't mean that not everybody in britain is interested in his comments but he's not really making headlines in the newspapers. for example the only paper mitt romney was quoted in or certainly his aides off the record were quoted in was the "daily telegraph" here and he made page 16. not even a full page. it's a very, very small part of the newspaper here. the writer swon sway picking up on these comments from an aide of romney that he would restore anglo saxon understanding to the uk and the u.s.'s relationship in picking up on the fact that some people might read that as racist when given that the aide was reported as also say

that may have gone into this attack by this suspect. cnn has obtained a receipt of tactical gear that james holmes bought online back on july 2nd. the tactical gear which matches the description of some of the witnesses who described what he was wearing. urban assault dress. triple pistol magazine. m-16 magazine pouch. and a knife, a large knife. all of them colored in black. we do have that receipt. we're trying to get that accessible. it was shipped to his home that the police are now at right now. shows that he's been -- >> full protective gear. as we heard the witnesses say, they couldn't even make out what he looked like. all they could see was how tall he was and his stature. they didn't know what race he was, nothing. he covered key parts of his body. groin area, also his neck area as well. >> right. there's no gas mask on, no headgear on this itemized list, it was for $306. but the fact that it was all ordered and colored in black seems to indicate he was putting together some kind of outfit that would match other things that he might have on his body. >> you're working on more info
